The Crooked Beat are a six-piece collective based on the South coast of the United Kingdom.

Comprising members and ex-members of some of the Southampton scene's leading lights The Crooked Beat first came together in 2011 to produce an intense and varied live set blending reggae, dub and psych-rock.

Now the first recordings have been released - the eerily melodic 'It Must Be Tough Being A Ghost' and the hard-hitting 'Politicians'. Both tracks can be downloaded for free from the Music page.

Keep checking the site for live news, new music and videos.
